I brought my Ram 3500 to Whitesboro Spring & Alignment because the truck was not tracking correctly and the steering wheel was off-center. I was later called and told the truck was finished. When I arrived, I was handed the alignment printout and paid for the service. Like most customers, I trusted that the work had been completed properly. Considering alignment service is literally part of this companyβs name and reputation, I did not expect that I needed to stand there in the parking lot and analyze the alignment sheet myself before leaving. However, shortly after driving away, it became obvious the issue had not been corrected at all. In fact, the truck drove worse than before. Only after reviewing the alignment printout more carefully did I realize the sheet itself still showed measurements well Β outside specification. I contacted the shop immediately afterward and provided both video evidence of how the truck was driving along with their own alignment sheet showing the alignment was still not corrected properly. Their response was to bring the truck back in so they could βsee what they could do.β Normally that might be reasonable, however at that point I had already invest

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Paid $1175 for a preventative, complete brake job in our travel trailer before a recent Spring Break Camping trip. Approx 7 hrs and only 458 mi into the brand new brakes a matter of days later (after riding 8 years and 12,000mi all over the country on the original) , we encountered a complete breakdown of the inner and outer bearings on the front driverβs side wheel assembly. As a result, severe burning and gauging of the spindle led to a complete front axle replacement - after a harrowing breakdown on I-81. RV Service technicians in Virginia diagnosed a gauged spindle as a result of the failed brake job, as well as excessive wear on the brake hubs of the rear axle that ALSO needed complete replacement. Days after Whitesboro Spring's brake job, we had to replace ALL 4 inner and outer bearings on both the front and rear axles, on both the driver and passenger sides, with 4 new drums, 4 new brake and backing plates, and an entire new front axle. WORST of all, however, is that the owner, Skip Wattenbe, returned no phone calls and the manager, Joe Reesh, upon a receiving letter and seeing our photos, broken parts, invoices, technician reports from witness

BUYER BEWARE!!! I was quoted $353 for a ball joint and an alignment. I took off the alignment and added an oil change. Should be less, right? Unless you're dealing with bait and switch thievery. As if the lack of parts and slow, sub-par work wasn't enough, try on a $160 OIL CHANGE!!! I thought there was a better chance of seeing Bigfoot than seeing a $160 oil change. For the record, this is for a sedan, not a school bus or 18 wheeler. Don't even drive past this place. They'll find a way to overcharge you.
